We present an apartment intended for a country residence, a weekend house outside the city, a studio-balcony, an office on the outskirts of the city, a bungalow in the mountains or a house outside the city, not requiring a building permit.
 
 Price 70  000 PLN applies to a building with an area of 33 m2 with the price included:
 electrical installation 
 water instalation,
 basic warming 
 
 The offer includes photos of custom-made objects, designs and descriptions of exemplary equipment.
 
 It does not require a building permit due to the fulfillment of the building area and height requirements.
 
 The design is also easy to transport and fits within the overall dimensions. It allows for further expansion to a larger number of people.
 It can be transported and set up at its destination within 1 day.
 
 Specification:
 The structure of the building is a steel profile 100x100 mm, protected against corrosion, and a larch wood skeleton. The walls are covered with OSB on both sides. Between the plates there is 100mm mineral wool.
 The facade can be made in 3 ways:
 Supports made of counter-battens, finishing layer - metal sheet on the seam as standard - black graphite
 Frame with counter battens and combined elevation –2/3 is a sheet seam black graphite and 1/3 a wooden board Siberian larch, parameters 24mmx160mm
 10 cm polystyrene, glue, facade mesh and structure, grain 1.5 standard, white color
 The roof sheathing is made of a 100mm sandwich panel.
 The floor is a steel and wooden structure (larch wood grate, external shuttering board, polystyrene core 100mm, OSB-18mm.) From the inside, it is finished with floor panels, carpeting and ceramic tiles.
 The building is adequately illuminated thanks to four terrace windows made of PVC with dimensions of 2400 × 900 mm.
 The entrance consists of a warm stainless steel door (anti-burglary, URAN type)  1005 × 2100mm.
 The facility is equipped with electrical, water and sewage systems, which are routed in the floor and inside the walls, ensuring the aesthetics of the interior.
 
 Materials, the method of their installation and compliance with building rules make this mobile apartment properly ventilated and has adequate thermal insulation.
 The owner can use it all seasons.
 
 It is a mobile facility and can be independent of the media in the case of using photovoltaic panels as an energy source and its own sewage treatment plant and well.

 a tube-shaped wood fireplace with a diameter of 50 cm,
 The bathroom island is 300x100 cm, divided into 2 parts, one 100x100 cm of which is occupied by a hydrobox with massage, in the other there is a toilet and a bidet with a built-in button frame, the company Koło. There is also a countertop washbasin and a large mirror. The bathroom part is closed on both sides with sliding doors.
 
 Dimensions of the smallest  of a single module: Length - 600 cm,  W - 260 cm, H - 290cm / 280cm.
